Return & Refund Policy

At Weights Majesty, we take pride in delivering durable, high-performance gym equipment. However, if something isn't quite right with your purchase, we’re here to assist.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

The product is unused and remains in its original, undamaged packaging.

Proof of purchase is included with the return (e.g. invoice or email confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

EU 14-Day Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers within the European Union may cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. If this right is exercised, the item must be returned in original condition for a full refund including basic delivery charges.
Refund Processing
Once your item is received and inspected, we will confirm the refund approval by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Original delivery costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or dispatched in error.
Exchanges & Faulty Goods
Should you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges are only possible for faulty products.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective. We offer discounted rates with DPD, DHL, and FedEx — get in touch before sending your item to use these options.
